Shipping time begins after processing, not at the time of purchase.
Shipping Delays
Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carriers, weather, holidays, or other factors outside of our control.
Once your order has shipped, delivery is handled by the carrier.
Lost or Stolen Packages
We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the shipping carrier.
If this occurs, please contact the carrier directly to file a claim.
Incorrect Address
It is the customer’s responsibility to enter correct shipping information at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
